Now slightly more complicated is the definition of the lane for Semi’s, and vehicles towing. Actually it is quite simple, semi’s and vehicles towing are restricted to the right hand lane except to pass another vehicle and then they must return to the right hand lane as soon as it is safe to do so. It does not matter how many lanes there are.
Not blaming the officer, there are many obscure rules.
