I've never driven in California or even been in the state, but what is the point of having large vehicles moving at a slower speed? It seems unsafe to me. When you have someone doing 65 - 70 mph and maybe they aren't paying attention or whatever, they come around a turn in the road and meet up with a large, slow moving vehicle. They have someone to their left doing the same speed, so they can't get out of the way. Sounds like an accident waiting to happen.

It's for revenue brah....
CA can s uck it, just like the other CA wanna be states.
WA is bad with the torn up right lanes too. Not that they're as bad of right lane ticket nazis from my experience, but the wet side of the state has horrible right lanes from the wet wear on concrete paving and the passes are trashed in the right lane from big rig tire chains.
I'll stay middle or left lane when this is bad. But I'll keep up with traffic.
