Food poisoning

We never eat out but were itching for some good Chinese and found a buffet nearby. It was well priced and good. Went back two days later, ie last night, and have spent the last 24 hours draining the body if you get my drift. This is the first time we have ever experienced this... it is awful.

    As difficult as it may be, make sure you are drinking lots of water. That 'draining' you are doing is tough on the body parts. If you both aren't on the road to recovery by tomorrow, you should probably get to a medical person. Some bacteria don't just 'drain' away.
