This is about manners.The idiot should have used some commonsense and pulled over.But idiot's never learn.And the reason there are so many idiots today is because there is too much safety.Years ago an idiot would do something stupid and kill himself.Today we have ground fault recepticles,arc fault breakers,seat belts,air bags,motor cycle helments,etc .So today when an idiot does something stupid,he lives.Then he has kids who are also idiots and that folks is why we have more idiots today than we did years ago!
