Perhaps his spouse or child weighs approximately 150 lbs? Perhaps he does? Maybe he has a few 50lb bags of something laying around? Why does it matter? He asked the question. My assumption is that he can figure out how to weigh the 150lbs he needs.
Yup. I reload shotgun shells, so laying a few bags of No.9 lead shot on the breaker bar is no problem at all. Six bags of shot will easily stack on top of the bar.
