You like to camp! So that is one of the requirements when you buy an RV. A friend of mine made a comment, and he meant it in a complimentary way, That I must be the one he knows personally that bought a brand new camper ,and didn't take it home and use it once or twice a year and then sits til the next summer. I have money invested it the 5er, Between the TV and the RV, I have nearly 70k laid out. Im going to get all the enjoyment out of that 70k that I can and sitting in my yard is not enjoyable. To heck with the friends, just go camping. Camp with them when they go out a couple times a year and then see the world your way! My 5er sits in the winter and that's it. We do lots of local camping, and week end trips or even middle of the week vacations if she takes a couple days of vacation from work. Im retired so I am always at the lake with the RV.
