Sean replied to my email much faster than I anticipated! Great Customer support! Here's what he had to say when asked about putting in a steel wedge ...."You could do that or, if you don't need the tilt feature, you can put the top bolt in the hole rather than the slot, or put a 4th 5/8" bolt through the hole".
