Ford F-350 6.7 V8 Diesel 4WD SRW CC, LB and Towing Capacity

Forgive the long-winded post, but we are desperate to get some solid answers! We just purchased our 2014 tow vehicle in May. We want to buy a 5th Wheel and go full-time RVing in about a year’s time...

I thought that the F350 with diesel was good for about 18,000 lbs but maybe that is with the best transmission. I have a 350 gas that is good for 12,200 lb. The payload I have is about 3,800. Not that I am getting a 5th wheel but have looked and there are quite a few out there that I could get. Enjoy looking around until you find a few that you like and then compare the weights, it will work out. Good luck.
