Pump is sucking air which can only happen on suction side of pump......
Suction line from tank
Suction side fittings
Suction side strainer
Suction side of pump casing
Disconnect suction line from pump
Install another section of line and sick in in a large bottle of water.
Turn pump on.
Same problem....then it the pump
Sucks the water out/pumps OK...then problem is with suction line/fittings
And when dealership said OK....it works.....did you have them show you?
It may be out of 'warranty' but it is an on-going problem that was identified/worked on during warranty so should still be covered.
