Formula using Dawn and a little bleach for awning...

I tried pretty much all the chemicals, Dawn soap, bleach and other methods known to mankind. Just couldn't get all the stupid little brown stains out left behind by tree leaves & needles. In the end I gave up trying to get it looking like new again.

If there's something that actually works on stubborn stains, please drop by and show me how to do it.
