MetalGator, your problems scheduling some time at the Fort are atypical. The times that are the hardest to get a spot are the Holidays, like Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years, and July 4. Need to plan at least one year in advance for these times. At other times, you should be able to make reservations in advance. The weekends tend to be busier than week days in our experience. If having trouble making reservations on line, try calling. I think the number is (407) WDW-STAY.
