Here are 2 guesses:
Have you emptied your hot water heater in the RV? I neglected to empty mine once and it stunk very badly after a few months.
Heater core under the dash. I had one leak in a car once. Smelled bad and made a mess. Try running your heat for awhile to circulate the liquid within the core.
