The S10 does have a PVR function, but requires an external hard drive for the immense data storage.
It does remember channel info, including dish settings. However, its challenging to get that set up initially, as the instruction manual is trnslated from Chinese into English, somewhat loosely.
And beware of S10 clones! They are everywhere.....
