Free To Air - Satellite Dish Programming - any owners

I have a jynxbox I got a while back. I wanted the fta and the streaming for redbox, netflix and the likes. It is 100% sold to get the pay stuff free. There are no manuals with it, the only help are the fta forums. There is no support for the media. I asked all star in CA for a return auth to no avail. I got on a chat line with jynxbox, asked my question, end of that conversation.
Not good by any stretch of the imagination.
