Free Wi-Fi??

Why is it that campgrounds list free wi-fi in the Good Sam book but after you check in and paid your money to camp they say it is only free for one hour....Duh.....and the clock starts as soon as you log on and continues even if you log off.......after the hour is up you have to pay.Plus the hour most of the other campers are trying to use the wi-fi so it keeps cutting out......
