Glad they changed their ways. We purchased a travel trailer there about ten years ago. When we got there to pick it up the trailer was not cleaned or prepped. We had to listen how we needed to take it as is and no refund. We stood there in their shop and watched the owner and his second in command vacuuming and washing the trailer. A few weeks later I called them to ask about fixing a few things and was told that because we were so abusive about them cleaning and prepping the trailer they would not fix anything and to take it somewhere else. I would never recommend the dealer to anyone or purchase anything from them ever again.
