fresh water hose

Does anyone else have issues with the Walmart fresh water hoses? It seems that it takes us forever to get the yellow plastic female attachment threaded right. On too many occasions, when I turn on the water source, I get a faceful of water as it detaches.

YEP, in 2015 when I received my ordered DRV I bought all new sewer and water hoses. Still have them.

Cummins12v98 Thanks for your link. I have been searching for a good water supply outlet for a long time. I will be checking this out. It is hard to find good filters and hoses. I am tired of blue and white hoses leaking after a few years.

You are welcome! I had one person say they are no good because they are 1/2" ID. Look at the size of your RV water lines then tell me 1/2" is too small. I have never said gee I wish my water hose was 5/8".

They offer solid brass or Stainless Steel ends. I went Brass and don't regret it one bit.
  • 2X on the RVWaterFilter store hoses. While expensive, they will make any length, have great fittings, don't kink, and well worth the extra $.
  • I bought a couple of Camco EvoFlex hose lengths: 25' and 50', 5/8" ID. Very supple even in cold weather, light, and work great. Metal fittings with easy-to-grip housings. Beats the heck out of the old white stiff hoses.
