Got a call back from Crossroads RV today.
It was a short conversation, but they've agreed as part of the permanent fix to re-route the propane lines so they aren't run beneath the tanks and they took my criticism very well.
I mentioned that I was concerned that next year once the warranty is up and something else goes wrong, that I'd end up paying out of pocket for repairs, and for my peace of mind some extended warranty would be nice. I based that on the number of issues so far. His reply was that it was definitely something that could be talked about, but he didn't have the authority to approve something like that.
I'm feeling better after talking to them, but I still have concerns about the quality of the trailer.
We'll see what happens once the season ends and I get in for the permanent repairs.
