Turning them off long term will not hurt them at all. Think of all those folks who put their campers in storage over the winter months, sometimes 4-6 months at a time. Yet, when they get ready to use them again, they never have problems.
Turning it off for long term will not hurt anything. And running them 24x7x365 will not hurt anything either. Do what is convenient for you, and how often you use your camper.
We keep our Refrigerator on 24x7x365, except in the coldest of the winter months. We park the camper at home and use it at home every day. Except for the coldest months, we sleep in it every night, use the water, electric, propane every day.
And then, in the past, we have also had to shut it up over cold winter months for several months at a time too. Neither affected the refrigerator.
Do what is most convenient for your needs and don't give it another thought. Enjoy your camper ... when camping and at home!
