I calculated the permissible angle for my fridge's specs. Now, these numbers are for my rig and probably won't be the same as yours, but, as long as I am less than 10 inches off level from front wheel to back wheel, or 10 inches off level from side to side of RV, the fridge is within its specs.
As long as I can comfortably walk/sit/sleep in the RV, the fridge is happy.
If anyone is interested, I can give the formulae to calculate this. It is high school trig.
