You can dry camp for a few days without needing to recharge the battery. You probably will not be without power for more than a few hours.
Your propane leak detector and CO meter and refrigerator will use about 35 amp hours daily, or enough to discharge 1 battery in about 3 days. Only 1 hour of recharge time will get you enough power to make it 1 additional day.
If it is 'that bad' you might want to tow your trailer to a community with power - probably only 35 miles inland from your home. It is not likely that all communities will be without power for long.
When we had a bad earthquake in Northridge CA in 1994, I went to the valley to check out the home that my dad had rented back in the 70's and stopped at my cousins house. I left him my Coleman propane lantern, and it was the only heat and light that he had for 4 days. It took 8 days to get the natural gas supply working again. This was really rare, and his wife worked 20 miles south in Santa Monica, where there where no power outages, and she could shower at work before going home.
Good luck,
Fred.
