Sure - if you are one of the first 20 customers during a disaster, you can buy all the dry ice you want. Customer #50 might not be so lucky. They will probably sell out of ice in a couple of days, before the hurricane even arrives!
It is much better to run the propane refrigerator and start it now, just in case you need to move all your cold stuff out of the home refrigerator, and do not want to take 2 days to cool the RV refrigerator.
Many big box grocery stores will sell out of water and other emergency supplies quickly! It takes them another 2 days to restock after the event, providing their suppliers can get trucks into the effected areas.
You are much better off using your RV to either get out of the way, or stock up with 50 - 100 gallons of fresh water, and not rely on the power company when winds are blowing the lines down.
