thanks to all who posted... if you missed the news.. Erika died out prior to hitting mainland US. also our area was lucky and didn't get the rain that we could have.
for those who recommended, I do keep propane filled, including 2-3 20lb bottles in addition to my dual 30 pounders on TT and also have a few 1lb bottles. I usually either have water in TT or fill if weather indicates the need. I have foods and bottled water for several days, have alternative light sources (plus LED lights in TT) so my real concern was electricity to run fridge.
I have still decided to not purchase a generator, to sit and collect dust and then to have something else to get rid of in a couple of years when I trade for MH and fulltime.
