Àt a guess..I`d say the `board`is shot. A small electrical panel with all the expected teeeny tiny widgets and stuff on it. I went looking at it appears that the Norcold 9162 board is assigned 6212 from Dinosaur.

I see one for 209 on eBay. I`d call Dinosaur and get it from them. If you can install, money in your pocket. Otherwise, find a tech to solder it in for you.
