On first look, seems great. THEN, I think about how to turn things - like the chunk spuds - and wonder how much trouble it will be to cook on it and flip stuff. Maybe not - has anyone tried it?
I know when I cook anything, a few bits always flip out even a large fry pan. Course, that's probably me and my coordinated flipping fingers ... :) :)
X2.
Little spaces...too little. As well not very deep which continues the how to flip/turn it thunk.
Also have no idea what Whitford's XYLAN plus coating is. A form of nonstick? Some proprietary metal blend to sandwich the aluminum?
Be nice if the handle could take more heat than 350 degrees.
A bit of money for a product with an interesting premise but needs more drawing table time IMHO
