I am going to get raked over the coals for this, but you need a bigger truck. Until this is doable, your hitch head seemed to be tilted too far rearward. Add a another washer AFTER you get heavier torsion bars. Try going to E rated tires with metal stems and air them up. Make sure your rims can handle the pressure. I usually run my fronts @ 65 and rears @ 80. You may also need to add StableLoads or air bags, but hopefully the tire and hitch upgrades will suffice. Loooove those Bilstein shocks! Good luck and have a serious chat with that installer.
