I really appreciate all the suggestions, I think the problem is as many of you ave mentioned the front end height needs to be same height as unhitched. I am going to give it a shot and change some things out this afternoon, if I can't fix it I already called the dealer and let them know the issue so I can bring it in and have them so what they need. Do you think that an add-a-leaf or a helper leaf would be useful? I put firestone airbags on my last f150. I know that they should not be needed with a WD hitch, but am trying to think of some more solutions. Recently got the truck so a new one is kinda out of the question right now, although I am very impressed with the ecoboost engine, no problems with power at all.
