I only really measured the front in all those. 37 unhitched. 38 hitched no WD. 37.5 hitched with WD. The rear was 39 unhitched
The front end rose by 1" and the WDH eliminated 50% of the rise.
The rear-end height when hitched with WD applied is 1.5" below the unhitched height.
It is not uncommon for the rear to drop 1-1.5" with the WDH properly adjusted.
I would say your heights look very good. However, heights can be deceiving.
You really need to measure the axle loads for unhitched, hitched with no WD applied, and hitched with WD applied.
