Actually the legal questions are valid, and most are true. If there is enough money involved in a traffic lawsuit, Any and all avenues may be expected to be used either for or against you. Just be aware, and use a camera if you desire and don't worry about it. If in doubt about a problem, just remove it from your vehicle and make it disappear.
