Because they actually don't build them in a couple of hours. There are many orders in front of this guy and this guy is not the Queen of England. They are not going to tell everyone else tough luck, we have to stop work on all the other rigs and build one for this special guy. Completion and delivery of any unit is dependent on many factors. All the components have to be at the factory at the appointed time. There can be no problems at the factory, the workers can't be calling in sick. There has to be a driver available to deliver the rig when it is finished. No one person, no one company has total control over when a rig will be finished. I really don't see how Camping World is culpable in this situation. They are only relaying the best information they have available to them at the time.
