The buyer entered into a contract with CW, not Keystone. It is CW's reponsibility to make sure Keystone delivers the unit as promised. Too bad the OP didn't insert a clause in the contract allowing him to walk away if the unit wasn't delivered on time.
There isn't a dealership, be it automobiles, boats, RVs or anything else that will place a special order with a time of delivery clause that allows the customer to just walk away. All those dealers know that delivery dates are fluid at best. No way would they risk getting hung with a unit they didn't want because some assembly line worker got the sniffles and the manufacturer couldn't finish the rig on time.
