Way too many people coming to the defense of the salesperson and manufacturer. It's Sept 18th and this poor guys still doesn't know where his rig is! Come on people.......... No matter what happened, somebody knows the truth about where his rig is and when he'll get it.
There's no defending lying and/or withholding of the truth.
I, too believe it's not the fault of the dealer (with an assumption added in: was the paperwork sent to the factory immediately upon receipt of fund?)but rests on the shoulders of the manufacturer.
I do think that the dealer should use their buying power/relationship with the Keystone to get better delivery answers. And I'd like to see paperwork from Keystone confirming the delivery date just to ensure the dealer isn't having a "flight of fantasy".
I'd also would be reading my contract closely to see if I can back out of the deal. No matter who is at fault the entire deal would leave a bad taste in my mouth and cause me to wonder about down the road communications and workmanship/warranty with either company. If you can't in this day of computers and GPS know where my RV is...wellllllll you are NOT the company for me.
