Why do you blame CW? They have zero control over when the manufacturer builds and ships a unit, or when the driver decides to deliver it to the dealer. Your beef is with the manufacturer. Chances are that unit hasn't even been built yet but when pressed by the dealer they'll tell him just what he wants to here (which is what the dealer then tells the customer). The manufacturer isn't going ot build that unit until it becomes economically sensible to do so; and they have no idea of when that will be, all they do is speculate "Oh, in about 3 weeks".
You can blame dealers for a whole lot of shoddy stuff. But when it comes to delivery of new units, it's beyond their control. And I seriously doubt they promised anything more than what the manufacturere promised them.
Then don't tell me it's finished and it's a "hot ship" and 13 days later it still isn't here!I have been pretty patient during this whole deal and I was going to contact the factory but the sales rep told me not to.
