Actually, "I" would never find any, because I would NEVER order an RV that wasn't already on the lot. I'd find the RV on a dealers lot or the internet and play stupid. "Gee !! I'd buy it but ...." I would never give a penny down on any contract with an open ended delivery date. If the dealer wants to take an order with NO down, an open ended delivery date is fine with me. He may never get it and I may never take delivery.
EDIT In most states, a contract isn't binding without "consideration". In other words, if no money has changed hands, there is no contract.
