I have had a Chevron card for years. Generally when I use it at the pump I get a message on the screen that says they are lowering my fuel price. It then proceeds to give me the cash price. I can also get a discount for shopping at Vons Grocery Store. Since we don't shop there all the time that discount is not always available but when it is we usually get a .20 per gallon discount.
