Fuel recommended for Ford Flex - i.e. rental
DW and her 'gal gang' rented a Ford Flex for their weekend outings. Their question to me is what type of fuel is recommended or best for that type of vehicle? Over to you . . . FYI - no owner's man...

Big difference between a Ford Flex - which is a Ford Crossover model - and a Flex Fuel vehicle. The Ford Flex comes with three flavors of V6 engines.
Looking at Ford's specs I do not see it as being able to use anything other than gasoline - 35 of their models do have the capability but the Flex is not one of them.
A Flex Fuel vehicle is one which can use Ethanol as an alternative to gasoline.
