Fuel recommended for Ford Flex - i.e. rental

DW and her 'gal gang' rented a Ford Flex for their weekend outings. Their question to me is what type of fuel is recommended or best for that type of vehicle? Over to you . . . FYI - no owner's manual found in the rental. BB

p.s. So far I've told them, it don't use DIESEL?:R
