I think everyone of us knew fuel surcharges would never come off when price of fuel dropped. What's more you are about to get hit with an increase in State and Fed'l fuel taxes. We have squandered our national wealth on useless wars, at the cost of our infrastructure maintenance, national health care, and to a great extent our national pride. Until we act, all we can do is re-act.
