Pilot/Flying J have a "Good Sam RV Plus" card that you can apply for. It gives you a $0.05/Gal discount, allows you to pump diesel at the truck pumps without going into the cash registers (although it doesn't give out a receipt yet without going in for it). It's not really a credit card since you have to pay it off in full every month - but it does give you 25 - 30 days until it needs to be paid off.
I haven't had many problems using the truck pumps although once I did get trapped by a trucker who had fuelled and pulled ahead far enough for me to pull up and fuel. This driver must have then go in for a shower or meal 'cause he was there for over 1/2 an hour before I ended up backing out of the pump lanes - I was lucky no other trucker pulled in behind me!
I've found that most of the RV lanes on the passenger car side do not have room for me to pull in/out with my 36' 5er so they are not even an option for me.
