Pilot/Flying J have a "Good Sam RV Plus" card that you can apply for. It gives you a $0.05/Gal discount, allows you to pump diesel at the truck pumps without going into the cash registers (although it doesn't give out a receipt yet without going in for it). It's not really a credit card since you have to pay it off in full every month - but it does give you 25 - 30 days until it needs to be paid off.
If you don't want to apply for another charge card, you can get the RV Frequent Fueler Advantage card at any station before you fuel. You can activate it from a kiosk in the station, again, before fueling for the first time. You'll get the cash price even if you use a credit card and normally a 2-3 cent discount per gallon.
