Because I drive a 30' long 'C' and pull a Jeep toad 4 down, I can't back up more than about a foot before the Jeep's front wheels lock up either to the left or right. So I have to find a gas station with the pumps parallel to the office so I can pull in and pull out. For that reason alone, I start looking at about a half tank remaining. And I still have had somebody pull into the pump ahead of me and go inside to look at magazines. When he came back outside, he had to go around the front of his car to get in the seat because he couldn't get thru the two inches between my rig and his back bumper. I'm a pretty large fellow and I wasn't smiling.
