How about gas station employees that park in the far left pump lane that is under cover to keep the sun/rain etc off their car. Had to have a conversation with the manager about how that lane is used by people with large vehicles and that I would stop frequenting his station when needing to fill my motorhome. Also told him I'd seen people towing large trailers leave without filling up because the pumps were occupied. Needless to say he got the message and the pumps have remained clear to this day. Now if I could just do something about the people that go thru the car wash and park at these pumps to dry their cars and ignore you when you pull up to use the pumps.
