As a college kid I had a job delivering for a local hardware store. I had one unpleasant little old lady who thought I was dumber than a box of hammers, since I was unable to comprehend her command to make a right turn "as soon as you cross the trolley tracks". She really had her undies in a bunch over the fact that I was obviously too stupid to handle the job, and let my boss know it! Problem was that the trolley's last run was several decades before I was born, so oddly enough I forgot where it used to cross........
