Funny things we see at the CG w/pics

I guess it's cheaper than buying a new roof unit. Sometimes aftermarket is way overpriced.

Saw this a few weeks ago. Follow the 2X4 down and you will see the bottom is sitting on a cement block.

It's under the boat in the back of the truck. You can see the handle bars.

When we checked in there was a sign in the office about giving Shopping Cart Rides for a donation to the local food bank :h ... I thought those things were a bit small for giving rides. Later when I saw this I understood.

It wasn't in a CG, but parked in a yard near my doc's office. It actually had a valid TN plate on it at the time. I should note that there are several popular whitewater areas in WNC and east TN.


The hood is covered with a wood platform to ease getting to the overcab kayak rack. There appear to be wooden pull-out steps under the 'coach' door. The passenger's door window is plastic, with tasteful wooden trim.
