That's a good idea. A strip on each side under the glass where it bears on the support lip.
Nother thought, Idk how far forward they slide, but a piece of pipe insulation to slip over the front edge before traveling. Like a bump stop.
You beat me to it. I was going to suggest strips of a pool noodle across the front edge of any of the shelves that slide.
