It is normal for the burner to cycle on and off during the heat clcle on newer rv furnaces. this is especially noticable during colder weather as the furnace will need to run longer and more often to keep the rv warm. When staring up the blower will come on for about 15 to 30 seconds before the furnace ignites. Then the burner will run long enough to get the heat exchanger hot and shut off while the blower continues to push air over the hot heat exchanger (still warming the coach). When the heat exchanger cools down the burner will relite to once again heat up the heat exchanger. This will go on until the right temperature is reached or you shut off the furnace.
