Well,. It's June here now and it got down to freezing her last night after only being 55 during the day. We needed our furnace. Tonight supposed to be back down to 39. We don't leave the electric space heater operating at night. Having worked in insurance most of my life I paid too many claims that were started from those little space heaters overheating and starting fires. Yes, the thermostat can stop working or the safety doesn't shut them off when they overheat. So, we leave the furnace on and set at 55 at night.
