Fuse removal to tow
We tow a 2012 Buick Enclave and we have to remove two fuses in order to tow. I am considering installing a battery disconnect switch so I will only have to turn the switch rather than removing two fuses. Will this work?

- Not sure about a 2012 Enclave but our 2010 Enclave looses radio presets with the fuses pulled so a battery disconnect wouldn't be any worse.
- Might want to consider running a charge line from your motorhome. This would solve this issue.
- I have to have 12v for my brakes.
- Have someone put switches on the fuses.
Disconnecting the battery might have several implications.
One mentioned is losing the preset radio stations.
The engine computer also forgets what it knows about some of it's systems and takes a few miles for it to read all the sensors. - yep but you probably will have to reset all of your radio stations, go thru some procedure when you hook it back up for computer, etc. why not just put switched fuses into the two areas where you need to unhook it?
