We had a Issue with a new trailer purchased from camping world hawing som hail damage that was not declared at time of purchase. We were not getting any satisfaction from either salesman or service manager, but when a email was sent to Marcus we got a cal next day to bing trailer in to get cladding replaced. It apparently happened in transport and they were aware off it.
