I have learned one thing very well over the years. Any business involved in customer service is going to have problems from time to time and make a mistake, that's the nature of us as humans. Now what makes a company really shine is not only there handling of business in there day to day routine but most importantly is how they correct a problem when it does happen. I take my hat off too Mr. Lemonis as he is trying to do a straight up job making himself and his company so transparent. As has already been said on here many times is that most people after they get there problem resolved they go away without taking the time to post that CW or who ever it was did all they can to correct the problem.
